The Role

Production Operator: 1st and 2nd Shift

Hands-on, reliable work with a steady schedule, weekly pay, and room to grow. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided directly on the floor.

Main duties and responsibilities

Tasks vary by shift and include operating machines, assembling components, and testing parts.
Moving between tasks that require standing and sitting, depending on the schedule.
Frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds.
Operating soldering irons, air drivers, potting equipment, and electrical pass-fail test equipment.
Working with production chemicals such as flux, solder, epoxy, adhesives, and silastics.
Keeping required logs and charts up to date, and keeping your workstation clean and organized.

Preferred qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Willingness to wear safety shoes, safety glasses, and other required protective equipment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Overtime may be required on occasion.
